Intro

My research is in the areas of human-computer interaction (HCI) and computer-supported cooperative work (CSCW), with a particular interest in user experience, urban computing and social computing.

Within this space, I explore a range of projects involving the design, development, and evaluation of communication technologies. I study social behaviours, user interactions, group collaboration, and information-sharing practices. This interdisciplinary research involves the use of methodological tools from various fields, including design, sociology, psychology, and computer science.

I am an experienced technology leader with 15+ years of professional and UX research experience studying user behaviors. My professional experience includes leading cross-team collaborations to deliver technology solutions. I possess a strong research record contributing 40+ publications to the HCI/UX discipline.
